Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.

• Create, structure, and maintain the product backlog.

• Participate in defining the MVP and subsequent stages of product development.

• Conduct interviews with team members (designers, developers) to clarify and refine requirements.

• Prepare technical and business documentation, including BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc.

• Participate in regular meetings with the team and stakeholders.

• Maintain and update documentation throughout the lifecycle of tasks.

• Analyze and formalize eCommerce business processes.

• Work with requirements related to online store functionality and eCommerce platforms.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.

• Practical experience working on eCommerce projects.

• Experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus is a strong advantage.

• Understanding of key eCommerce processes, including catalog, checkout, payments, orders, customer accounts, discounts, promotions, etc.

• Ability to structure complex tasks and transform them into clear, actionable requirements.

• Experience working with MVPs and prioritization frameworks.

• Experience preparing clear and well-structured documentation.

• Strong communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to work independently.

• English — Upper-Intermediate+ (mandatory participation in calls).
